The flue gas desulfurization dust collector is mainly composed of a main tower body, 

an auxiliary tower body, a spray device, an induced draft fan, a drainage hole, an anti-corrosion water pump,

 a circulating pool and a liquid storage and dosing system.

working principle:

Its working principle is that the sulfur-containing dust airflow enters the 

tower body through the air inlet of the main tower body, and water enters the tower 

through rotating spray from the upper part of the tower body, atomizing the alkaline liquid, 

forming a layer of water film in the entire tower from above. And flow downward. 

The flue gas enters and rises from the lower part of the tower body. 

Under the action of the refractive vortex, the sulfur-containing 

dust gas always forms friction with the water film and mist beads 

in the tower body, and undergoes a chemical reaction. In this way,

 the dust-containing gas is moistened by the water film,

 and the dust particles It flows to the bottom of the tower 

together with the water flow, and is discharged from the overflow

 hole into the sedimentation tank and alkaline liquid for neutralization and recycling. 

The purified gas passes through the upper porcelain ring to reduce fog, 

and then enters the auxiliary tower body and passes through the adsorbent 

for a second fine desulfurization, dust removal and mist removal. After purification, 

the flue gas that meets the emission standards is discharged from the chimney.

This product has been improved and used for desulfurization and dust removal 

in various boilers and industrial kilns. It is also designed flexibly according 

to different flue gas conditions. It can be made into a single tower, 

multiple towers or towers within towers, integrating spray, water film, inertia, 

and rotation. It integrates the principles of flow, refraction, absorption and separation, 

and has multiple functions such as smoke elimination, dust removal, desulfurization, etc. 

It has higher purification of high-temperature, high-concentration and viscous dust gases, 

and the effect is better.
