Single Stage Coal Gasifier

Single stage coal gasifier, also known as one-stage gasifier or single-stage gasifier, has the characteristics of large gas production, complete gasification, strong adaptability to coal types, high gas calorific value, simple operation and high safety performance.

     The single-stage gasifier is a full-water jacket structure for continuous gas production. The air from the blower is mixed with the 0.29MPa steam produced by the furnace body to form saturated air as a gasifying agent, which enters the gasifier through the bottom of the gasifier through the check valve; the lump coal is crushed and screened, and the particle size is 20-50mm, or 50-100mm. The coal gas produced in the gasifier is dusted by the gravity dust collector and the cyclone dust collector, and then transported to the user through the gas pipeline.
